You know when something breaks. You don’t know when something never finished.
Estiaje alerts you to the paid order that was never fulfilled, the outage nobody saw and the deploy that broke something. And it tells you what it’s worth.

The awkward question
The last time something went down, who found out first: you or your customer?
Your monitoring sees what screams: errors, 500s. It doesn’t see what goes quiet. These four blind spots are where the money goes.
-
What starts and never finishes
The payment went through, the order was never fulfilled. No error, no alert. You find out when they complain.
Paid, never fulfilled. No error.
-
The outage nobody saw
Your store stopped responding on a Sunday night. How much did you not sell until Monday?
Sunday night, until Monday.
-
The deploy that broke something
Everything looks fine until someone asks what changed. Two hours in the logs to find it.
Two hours in the logs to find it.

What gets slow
It doesn’t fail, it just takes three times as long. Your customers feel it before you do.
It doesn’t fail, it just takes 3× as long.
The first one, live: the order nobody sees.
On the left, what your monitoring sees: all green. On the right, what Estiaje watches: every order created has 30 minutes to be fulfilled.
In the simulation, the example store takes orders, payments and fulfillments without a single error. Order 4821, worth $640, is created at 18:02 and never fulfilled. Your monitoring stays green; at 18:32 Estiaje alerts your phone: $640 at risk.
Sped-up simulation with the example store “Café Andino”: each line is a couple of minutes.
The diagnosis
In 7 days we tell you where your money is leaking.
You connect your system and Estiaje works like an auditor that never sleeps. On day seven of your trial you get the diagnosis: which processes didn’t close and what they were worth, what got slow, how long something was down and which deploy lined up with a problem.
After that, every Monday at 9:00 (Mexico City), the week’s report. Without opening the dashboard.
- 98.6% of orders closed on time ($612,000).
- “Confirm payment” has been 3 times slower since Tuesday.
- “Store” was down for 22 min; it lined up with Thursday’s deploy.
Do the math
How much is left half-done every month?
It’s an assumption, an example. Estiaje gives you the real number in your first week.
Money at risk every month (MXN)
$6,000
across 10 unclosed processes
Estiaje Inicio costs $199 MXN + IVA a month. Rescuing just one already pays for it 2.6 times.
More revenue
You rescue the order or the message before the customer walks away.
Lower costs
Nobody spends hours in the logs: the guilty deploy comes already marked.
Less risk
You find out in minutes, not from a complaint, and the evidence is kept.
More control
A report every Monday, in the owner’s language, not the engineer’s.
What stays installed
Five controls that work on their own, day and night.

Watched processes
Every order created must be fulfilled within 30 min. If not, it alerts you with its value.

Health every minute
We check your service’s health URL. If it fails for several minutes in a row (you choose how many), it alerts you; and when it’s back, too.

Gone quietnew
It alerts you when a service stops sending events, and how much got stuck. It learns each one’s rhythm hour by hour: the one that rests at night doesn’t ring at night.

Five minutes. Your code barely changes.
Three lines in your service and one at the end of your deploy. From any language: Estiaje takes a POST with JSON (examples in the docs).
Node, Python, PHP, Java, .NET, Go, Ruby and no-code: does it work with your stack?
The SDK has no dependencies and never crashes your app: if Estiaje doesn’t answer, your code doesn’t even notice.
// 1 · in your service const estiaje = estiajeFromEnv({ service: 'store' }); estiaje.event('order.created', { order_id, monto: 640 }); estiaje.outcome('order.fulfilled', { order_id });
# 2 · at the end of your deploy (GitHub, GitLab…)
npx @estiaje/sdk desplegado --servicio store
# 3 · in the dashboard: “every order created is fulfilled within 30 min, worth its amount”
An order that did close. The big gap was the wait in inventory.

Proof, not promises
There are no logos here yet. There’s code you can read.
Today Estiaje watches our own systems in production. On day one it found a use case with a 1,330 ms p95, three times the next one. It never failed, it was just slow, and nobody had noticed.
- 0
dependencies in the SDK: nothing gets into your
node_modules. - 0
exceptions: it never crashes your app, even if Estiaje is down.
- MIT
published on npm, 18 kB of JavaScript: read all of it.
At home: we use it in our own products
Estiaje watches FILTRA, the platform that serves candidates and clients over WhatsApp. There, no error gives away the worst case: the message arrives fine and nobody replies. So its expectation is a single sentence: every message received expects a reply sent, within 15 minutes. If it doesn’t come, the alert lands on the phone.
Questions
Do I have to change my code?
Three lines in your service and one in your deploy. The rules of what to expect are declared in the dashboard, not in the code.
Does it work with my language?
The SDK is for Node 18+, with zero dependencies. From any other language you send a POST with JSON; the docs have tested recipes in Python, PHP, C#, Java, Go and Ruby.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your project moves to Gratis on its own and your events keep flowing; nothing is charged unless you pick a plan. What belongs to the paid plans —checking your URLs and the status page— stops, and comes back on its own the day you pick one. Phone alerts keep going, up to 10 a month.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes. Prices are plus Mexican VAT (IVA); ask for your CFDI at facturacion@estiaje.mx.
What data do I send?
Events with internal identifiers (order number, amount). Don’t send personal data; your data is yours.
When is Estiaje not a good fit?
If you need a full APM, with CPU profiles and traces across a thousand services: that’s Datadog, and it’s very good at it. Or if your business has no processes with a beginning and an end: with nothing to watch, you’re left with a decent log viewer, and there are many.
